Description
Freedom of movement! The M1 Home Gym is a very versatile cable gym. It contains six pull points and requires the user to balance the weight stacks whilst performing the exercise. Building coordination as stabilizer muscles is required to provide balance. Having complete freedom of movement using the cable resistance allows for a greater range of motion. This increases muscle involvement and further improves results. It’s just like using a set of dumbbells where you can do exercises from all different angles.
